9 months...already
Well, we've approached nine months all too quick! He continues to grow like a weed and learn new things each and every day. Hate to say it too, but I think he's getting himself a little bit of temper. It's weird though...the temper only seems to come out around mom and dad. Angelica, his babysitter, and Jeremy's family all say how good he is and then I swear right when we get back home sometimes it shows up. Hopefully, it's just a little phase. :) We hope!
These are just some pics that I snapped throughout the past month. I plan to take his 9 month pics tomorrow when we go to the park because it's supposed to be beautiful! Love the weather this time of year!
What Gunnar's up to at 9 months:
- At his 9mo checkup: 23 lbs, 30 inches long
- Head is still measuring in the 90th percentile...only stat measuring that high
- Wears size 3 diapers
- Mostly 9mo clothing...can wear some 6-9 still and some 12 mo things
- Starting to be uninterested in milk
- LOVES about anything you feed him. I have to admit that as I continue to make some of his food, I have gotten quite lazy and he gets a lot of the same things when I'm cooking. So...he gets a lot of the Earth's best food. Loves it!
- Still eats around 4 6oz . bottles a day and solid food 3-4 times/day
- Has learned to clap!
- Loves to shake his head NO!
- Still a roly poly, but no attempts to crawl or scoot
- Has dada down really good. Only heard the ma sound a few times
- Loves to yell
- Loves his puppies...starting to make more attempts at pulling their hair
- Still only has the bottom 2 teeth...hoping the top ones are coming soon. The past 2 weeks have been unpredictable as far as his sleeping at night. Usually sleeps from 7:30-5:30, but lately waking at least once in the night where Jeremy and I can't just give him his pacifier but have to rock him.
- Loves anything electronic...sorry if you've gotten any calls from me when no one is talking. It's Gunnar.
- Wants to stand all the time!
- Walks around the house holding onto our fingers. When my back starts to hurt and we quit, he gets mad.
I will try to post more recent pics as soon as I get the chance. The time between posts seems to be getting further and further apart! Although, Jeremy does finish this semester's classes in just a few days...only one more semester to go! Very proud of him and all his hard work, he deserves a break very soon. Gunnar and I are actually giving him one as we are going back to OKC this next week to surprise my mom for her birthday. It's actually not a surprise any longer... couldn't wait any longer to tell her we were coming to see her!
Kaylon I can't believe how big he is getting!!! He is such a cutie pie!! Miss y'all and hope everyone is doing great!
